Simple design. Lots of layers.
Yet easy to put together!

So, especially at this time of year, when we’re all so busy, take the time to simply WISH BIG!
Round and round and round it goes! So pretty, it makes me dizzy! Love the vellum and the off set circle cut outs. And who doesn’t need a little round rhinestone sparkle?! Maybe we could “wish big” that they were diamonds instead?!
Okay, I’ll tell you a secret. The firs offset circle was a mistake. So, I turned it into an embellishment. I think I like it better than the symmetrical circles LOL!
