This beautiful card can be either a valentine or wedding card. Made with the Always stamp set and colored with Stampin’ Write Markers.
This card is an example of how layers add so much interest to a card. I used the Valentine Defined stamp set from the Occasions mini catalog. Red Glimmer Paper, Twill Tape, a brad and Stampin’ Dimensionals add pop.
