Talk about time flying by! Today, Friday, March 22, is the last day to Sale-A-Brate! That means it's your last day to earn free Stampin' Up! products from the Sale-A-Bration brochure. After today, you won't have the stamp set or Designer Series Paper to make this card.
I started with the colors in the Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper, one of the products you can earn for free during Sale-A-Bration. I ran it through the Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine with one of the Peekaboo Frames Bigz L Die. For me, it's stepping outside the box to use Designer Series Paper for something other than a background!
This next photo shows the card with the flap open. Isn't that fun? I stamped the elephant from Patterned Occasions inside it!
Colors used are primarily Pool Party and Island Indigo, with a little Tangerine Tango thrown in for pop! While you wouldn't expect it, the background was stamped with images from the Flowering Flourishes stamp set.
