It’s the day before Halloween and I still haven’t shown one card for it. So, today, I’m showing TWO. One here and one on my facebook page. Be sure to head over there. The post will be up shortly after this one!
Okay, I admit it. I’m not much of a Halloween person. When the kids were young, they’d dress up and we’d carve pumpkins. But I don’t do that any more. But this card was fun to make.
It started with Happy Scenes, the stamp set from the Holiday mini catalog. That’s where the Boo and the spider are from. But the rest of the card elements are from all year stuff. The Happy Halloween is from Teeny Tiny Wishes. The splotches are from Gorgeous Grunge. The window is a Tangerine Tango square, with squares punched out of it.
But my favorite part of this card is the Black Glimmer Paper! Don’t you love it? Here it adds Halloween Spookiness. On other cards, it can add elegance. It’s the best!
Don’t you agree? Leave me a comment and tell us what you think about the Black Glimmer Paper!
