Guess Which Stamp Sets will Retire

It’s that time of year again. On April 21 – just 8 days from now – Stampin’ Up! will publish the list of items that will retire with the current catalog. Once again, I’m holding my contest. But before you start to guess, look at this card. It uses a bunch of stamp sets. Do you think any of these will retire?

Which stamps will retire? - http://stampedimpression.comThe purple flowers were stamped using Flower Shop. I love these flowers and use them often. Besides using them to create flowers, you can cut off 1 petal to make 4-leaf clover. You can cut off 3 petals to make a mouse face. The possibilities are endless!!

The Hello is from A Dozen Thoughts, another versatile stamp set. The variety of sentiments make it a good addition to any collection of stamps.

Finally, the stem and leaves are from Painted Petals, from the Occasions catalog. Sorry. Stamps from that catalog are excluded from the contest.

The contest! Everyone can play! But you can’t win if you don’t enter!

Go through your Annual Catalog and start making a list. What do you think will retire this June?

Here are the rules:

  1. Send me a list, via email (sandi@stampedimpression.com), listing 10 stamp sets you believe will retire when the current catalog retires. The winner is the person who picks the most correct entries. (Remember, stamp sets only.)
  2. If there is a tie, then both entries win.
  3. Stamp sets must be from the Annual Catalog only. It excludes stamp sets from the Holiday, Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs. It also excludes stamp sets that are sold only online (e.g. carry-over lists, photopolymer stamps, limited editions.)
  4. It excludes all hostess stamp sets and the Ronald McDonald stamp set (i.e. Flamingo Lingo).
  5. Deadline is Sunday, April 19, at 10 pm, Central Time. NO exceptions.
  6. Only one entry per person.
  7. This contest is not open to Stampin’ Up! demonstrators.
  8. The contest is open only to addresses in the United States.
  9. I reserve the right to shut down the contest early, if the retiring information is leaked.

The prize. The winner will get to pick one of my sets that is on the Retiring List! How cool is that? (By the way, if there’s a tie, the winners will be given their choice, based on the order in which I receive their emails.)

As I receive your guesses, I’ll confirm by email that I received them. So, if you don’t hear from me, please re-send. (You may not realize that email is not completely reliable.)

Here’s one more look at the card above.
