Cut Designer Series Paper

Cut Designer Series Paper for an Easy Card

Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper is all so beautiful. I really hate to cut it up. But today, I’m doing just that… Cutting up Designer Series Paper!

Besides being a great design approach, 15 different packs of Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper are on sale this month. Details follow at the bottom of this post.

The 4-1-1

To cut your Designer Series Paper – Cut the “full size rectangle” and then cut that into strips. This helps make your final cut strips look a little more uniform.

To attach cut up Designer Series Paper – Glue outside strips first, then the center strip. This makes it easier to space your papers evenly.

When mounting a sentiment to your Designer Series Paper – always leave plenty of “white space”, or non-patterned space around your text. That makes it easier to read. It also makes the entire design a little easier on your eyes, giving them a place to rest.

Save 15 percent on Designer Series Paper

Besides being useful AND fun to use, this month, select packs of Designer Series Papers are on sale for 15% off. This makes it a great time to stock up. Also, if you haven’t yet finalized your holiday cards and projects, you should look over the offer. There are some Christmas papers on sale. Use them on your holiday cards!

My final comments

If you subscribe to my newsletter, this week’s issue includes a similar project to the one above. It uses the same cut Designer Series Paper. The same colors. Even the same stamp set.

But it’s a slightly different design. And the newsletter provides all the details (list of products, plus dimensions,) you need to complete the project yourself. That’s one of the benefits of being on my newsletter list.

So, if you haven’t signed up yet, complete the box at the top of the right column and do it! Still need a little convincing? Click here to see The Top 3 Reasons You Should Subscribe.
