I love this vintage set, but haven't used in a while. But a friend of my husband is retiring and I needed to make a large card. Besides, I love the quote – it's perfect! Here's what I did.
For those of you who attend my classes, you may recognize this card. It's a remake of one from about a year or so ago. But it's large – 5-1/2" x 8-1/2". Big enough for all the signatures on the inside.
I used only A Sense of Time. Cardstock is Crumb Cake, Bravo Burgundy and Very Vanilla. Brads, ribbon, sponging and Stampin' Dimensionals were used to highlight different parts of the design. And those 2 circles were cut out by hand – people who know me know that I hate to cut out shapes by hand. But this design needed it. Here's a close up of the watch.

This is really lovely — masculine but still with all the details that make a handmade card so special. Love the little cogs in the background! And the ribbon finishes it off just perfectly without going “girlie”. Fine job of cutting circles, by the way!
