Summer Weather … Time to Sail Away

Summer weather is finally here in Chicagoland! It's nice to finally sweat a little! If you're looking for some summertime fun, here is something to consider …

SailAway01

Some days, my photos work out so well! You can see all the detail here.

I used the Sail Away stamp set from the summer mini. Colors are Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler and Whisper White. Besides the stamp set, I also chose the Nautical Expedition Designer Series Paper and the Baker's Twine from the summer mini. Isn't it fun? Makes want to get outdoors!

If you look at the paper, you can see that I ran it through the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Lots of detail on this card.

Enjoy the sunshine!

Until next time,
Happy Stamping!

  1. It’s definitely versatile. Some stamps just inspire creativity. And this is one of them!

Nifty! I’m enjoying this stamp — I used it on son Jon’s birthday card. I even got all futzy and cut out another layer of the sails and the boat for some more dimension. This one has lots of possibilities!
