Some of My Favorite Projects

With the announcement about the retiring stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! and the FREE SHIPPING that ends tonight, I started to think about some of my favorite projects. Take a look.

Can you see how I found inspiration in my previous card design?

Clockworks – This is the set I’m saddest to lose. I used it for many masculine card designs. In fact, I gave this particular card to my husband for his birthday in 2013. This card is also one of my most-pinned designs on Pinterest!

A card for renewing marriage vows

Love & Laughter – I used this stamp set for weddings, anniversaries, engagements. This specific card was given to a favorite couple I know, who renewed their wedding vows. So special!

Fabulous Flowers with a faux tile background

Fabulous Florets – I’m surprised that I didn’t list this set first. A woman can’t have too many flower stamps, can she? This set was so much fun to use. It contains different styles f flowers – some solid, some outlined. While it has a stem-and-leaves image, on this card I chose to use a stamp from Simply Sketched, a hostess set that, of course, retires with this catalog. Sigh. So many flowers. So little time!!

Delicate Doilies

Delicate Doilies – This set goes waaaaay back. I used the doily images primarily for backgrounds, but also for flower patterns. (Remember, a woman can’t have too many flowers!!)

Bright Blossoms – This is the ultimate FUN flower stamp set! This first card is one I posted back in 2012.

Throwback Thursday no more... Updated design!

But here is the update I created in March 2013. I told you it is the ultimate FUN flower stamp set!!

Well, that’s if for my trip down Memory Lane today. I have about 5 weeks left to create more cards with these sets. Let the journey begin!!
