The only thing more fun than a Sneak Peek, is a Sneak Peek Surprise! And that’s what I’m showing today. Today’s birthday card uses stamps from the upcoming Occasions catalog. Take a look.
This card was designed and made by my wonderful daughters, Robyn and Deanna!
One of the most fun parts of being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is attending company events and have pre-release access to new products. Last month I attended an event in Madison, Wisconsin, where I received an early copy of the upcoming Occasions catalog and Sale-A-Bration brochure. I also received several products from these catalogs, including 4 stamp sets. I also pre-ordered some additional products.
Anyway, being the height of the Holiday Season, I didn’t have any opportunity to use any of these new goodies. But my daughters did. It was my birthday a short while ago. So, they collaborated and created this gorgeous card for me! I may be biased, but I LOVE it!!!
They started with the fun stamp set, Cool Treats. I don’t have a photo of the stamp set yet to share with you, but here is a photo from the catalog showing projects made with it.
While I won the stamp set at the Stampin’ Up! meeting, I need to order the matching Framelits. However, since I don’t yet have them, one of my daughters fussy-cut the ice cream and cone! Now that’s LOVE!! <3 <3 <3
The Occasions catalog starts on January 4, 2017. Get ready for some fun!
To make this card even more special, Clear Wink of Stella was used on the ice cream and a Rhinestone Jewel dots the “i” in Birthday!
Of course my daughters chose shades of blue and green, my favorite color combination. This card was really designed for ME.
So, the card is made with sneak peak items. The design contains bling and colors that I favor. Nothing beats this Sneak Peek Surprise!
