I rarely use the shabby chic look. I guess I prefer the formal attire, especially for a wedding. But I had this paper and stamp set on my mind. They are part of the Spring is Blossoming Sneak Peak, which ends on Saturday!
Spring is Blossoming allows you to buy the Four Frames stamp set and the Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper – two items from the 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalog. I just love them! But these products won't be available after Saturday …Not until the next catalog arrives on July 1. I couldn't wait that long to use them!
On this card, I used the Four Frames stamp set with the sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes. The whole thing was punched out using the Extra Large Designer Label Punch, and the edges were sponged with Early Espresso Classic Stampin' Ink. I also sponged the 4 corners of the paper with Early Espresso … too much in the upper right corner, I see. I guess this card is not going to William and Kate!
The card base is Crumb Cake and the ribbon is Old Olive 5/8" Satin Ribbon. Simple and thin enough to mail!
One more wedding card tomorrow. Are you ready for the Big Day?!?!
