It’s that time of year again. It’s time to say goodbye to the retiring items. I find that time flies by faster and faster. Wasn’t it just last week that I was offering sneak peeks to the 2016-17 catalog?
Yesterday, Stampin’ Up! published the list of items that will retire with the current catalog on May 31. There are several different ways to look at what’s on the retirement list.
- Retiring Stamp Sets – As Stampin’ Up! manufactures its stamp sets, these will be available until May 22. From then until May 31, stamp sets on the list will be available while supplies last.
- Retiring Bundles – The bundled items offered at a 10% discount are available until May 31, only while supplies last. In some cases, the stamp sets and accessories making up the bundles will still be for sale afterwards. But the special bundled pricing will be over.
- Everything Else – The products on this list are available until May 31, only while supplies last. So, if there’s something on this list that you want, don’t put off your decision to buy. You may miss out.
If you prefer a printed list to look over, here are a couple:
- PDF file, listing products by page number. Unfortunately, the Occasions catalog and Annual catalog pages are mixed together.
- Excel spreadsheet, that can be sorted in a variety of ways for easy searching.
After May 1, some of the items may be discounted. These discounts will not be preannounced. Furthermore, if you purchase an item at full price and it’s discounted later, Stampin’ Up! will not refund the difference.
I suggest that you order anything you really want, as early as you can. Avoid the disappointment of missing out.
My advice is pour yourself a cup/glass of your favorite beverage and spend some time going through the list. It’s pretty long. Stampin’ Up! needs to make room for all the new products arriving in June. So, shop away!
