Phew! Another busy week has passed and I still haven't done everything that I wanted. So, to releive saome of the pressure, I made this very simple card.
This card uses 2 stamp sets featured in the new Summer mini: Pretty Postage and Fabulous Florets. What's that? You can't see where I used Fabulous Florets? Look carefully at the card base – I stamped the leaf all over in ink that matches the card stock. That's my favorite way to add texture to a hand stamped card!
The main stamped image is punched with the new Postage Stamp Punch, then mounted on multiple layers of card stock. At the end, this is attached to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. Colors are Pink Pirouette, Pretty in Pink, Rich Razzleberry and Whisper White. I ran the Pink Pirouette strip through the Big Shot, using the Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. A couple of Silver Brads and some Rich Razzleberry 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon – that's it! Easy peasy, as the kids say!
