The set is Party Hearty. This is one of the fastest cards I've ever made. Colors are Whisper White, Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, Elegant Eggplant, Pacific Point, and Garden Green. My main accessories are the 1" Circle Punch, 1-1/4" Circle Punch and Word Window Punch. It's a little difficult to tell, but I stamped the hats all over the background, using VersaMark ink.
If you look at the close-up below, you'll see that each circle was attached using a Stampin' Dimensional. I even had one under the green circle that I used with the sentiment.

Well, you have just over 3 weeks to make your final decision. That’s when it retires.
But, there are just so many stamp sets to choose. What to do? What to do? Sigh.
I have talked myself out of this set 3 times but now….hmmmm…I think I’d better think it out again!! Party!
