While you’re shopping, here’s a card to inspire you. It’s a fall card, probably one of the last ones I’ll show this year. I made it recently for some friends. Take a look.
Colors are Elegant Eggplant, Cajun Craze and Pumpkin Pie. While fall colors really aren’t my thing, I simple love this combination. Maybe the violet helps me over my Orange-phobia!
The background was made by wetting Watercolor Paper and adding lines made with Stampin’ Write Markers. The effect is so cool. It’s one of those backgrounds that turns out differently each time you do it!
To make the design cohesive, I stamped the flowers and the sentiment in Elegant Eggplant. This matched the first mat and the 3 Candy Dots on the card front.
