One of the advantages of visiting my blog, is that it provides one stop shopping for techniques. Seriously, you can spend hours looking on the internet for new techniques and other information on making hand stamped cards. Or you can visit here and save a ton of time!
Don’t believe me? Consider this design:
I came across a card using a similar fold one night, when I was searching for different color combinations. I didn’t want to use that specific set of colors, but I was really intrigued by the folding of the card.
I shut my computer, and started to work at my craft table. I think I had memorized (to a degree) how the original person made her card. I know I changed the closure of mine. I think I also altered the sizes. The artist who inspired me is Kadie Labadie. Her folding is pure genius!
The point of this story is that I spent the time researching. You benefit without the huge investment of time. Now, isn’t that a great benefit to you?
By the way, I provided detailed instructions on how to make this card in my newsletter this week. If you want to see them, just sign up for my newsletter, by completing the box at the top left. I’ll send you the issue that just went out.
I rarely show the same projects on my blog and in my newsletter. But today is just one of those days….
Enjoy! I know everyone is so busy these days. None of us has enough time to do all that we want to do. So, if you’re looking to save a little time, think about the one stop shopping for techniques. And visit me here! Just saying’.
