No Worries About the Ides of March in my Stamp Room!

Please, everyone, stay away from Brutus today! Actually, stay in your craft room if you can – that is definitely a safe place!

So Happy For You03

Sale-A-Bration will end soon, so I want to take advantage of the last days. Today I'm using the So Happy for You stamp set (wood #121853 or clear #123220) and the Ribbons & Button Pack (#123529). Colors are Whisper White, Pacific Point and Melon Mambo. I stamped a few flowers and used buttons for the others. The stems were all hand drawn using a Stampin' Write Marker. And, of course, I used Oval Punches, Rhinestone Jewels, and Stampin' Dimensionals.

The really neat part is the bow. I mentioned last week that I've been working on my ribbon techniques. Do you notice anything special about the bow? Usually, when you tie a bow either one of the loops or one of the strands will end up on the back side, which is plain white, without the printed flowers. But all of mine are on the front! Intrigued? Can you figure out how I did it?

If not, then you simple MUST subscribe to my monthly newsletter. In the April edition, to be sent out April 5th, I'll explain how to do it. But you have to be on my mailing list to find out how!

I love surprises. It makes a regular day feel just like a holiday!

Until next time,
Happy Stamping!
