I was playing in my craft room the other day, and saw a cute flower that someone used n their cards. They made it with circle punches. I'm always looking for a new way to use flowers on my cards. So, I changed it up a bit and came up with this flower design.
I punched circles in my DSP. The bottom one is left flat, while the top one is folded in 4. I added a Silver Mini Brad to the center. To give the flower more dimension, I attached it to the card with a Stampin' Dimensional. Very fun!
I'm not showing the full card today, since we"re going to be making it at this month's card class – coming up on Tuesday. If you want to see how it's made, then contact me to reserve your spot. I still have a couple of openings.
If you don't live close to me, you'll be happy to hear that I'm planning to offer my classes in an online format. That will start in the new year. You'll have access to the materials list and video instructions. It will be almost like participating around my kitchen table – minus the lemon water and laughter. Of course, you can always get together with some of your friends to make the projects!
I'll show the entire card later this week. Have a happy Monday!
Until next time,
Happy stamping!
Sandi
That reminds me … I was going to post a photo of it today. Gotta get to it 😉
This card was so much fun to make! So unique and easy! Love the ribbon and color combination!
