More Flowers!

I was recently asked, "You post projects that were inspired by cards you receive in swaps, but what do you contribute to those swaps?" That's easy! Those cards appear in my blog, my classes and in my newsletters! They are throughout my collection. Today's card is one that I contributed to a recent swap. (Those of you who attended class in April saw me working on them.)

By the way, did you realize that if you click on any photo of a project on my blog that you can see an enlarged image? Try it.

This card uses the Fabulous Florets stamp set from the new Summer mini. Except for the stems – they are part of Awash with Flowers. Colors are Bashful Blue, Rich Razzleberry, Certainly Celery and Whisper White.

After stamping the flowers, I used my Aqua Painter to apply the Rich Razzleberry ink, giving it a watercolor effect. A little sponging and some of that great Rich Razzleberry 1-1/4"  Striped Grosgrain Ribbon and I was done!

I'll probably make a variation of the card in my May class. I'm still playing with the design! So don't forget to sign up.

Until next time,
Happy Stamping!
Sandi
