Love that Smooch Spritz Spray!

I'm a basic stamper – most of the time, just ink and cardstock keep me happy. However, the new Smooch Spritz Spray (page 15 in the Summer Mini Catalog) really intrigued me. I bought only two colors – and I've used them on about 20 different cards so far! They add a dimension that is totally unique. I love what it does to my cards! Here is a sample:

I made this birthday card for a very dear friend. If you click and enlarge it, you'll see how wonderful the background looks. It's because of the Smooch Spritz! Really! The trick to obtaining the best effect is to be patient. Okay, patience is not my strong suit in the craft room. But it's critical here. Apply Smooch Spritz in light, even layers. Let it dry between layers. I used Vanilla Shimmer. Of course, I also used the Color Catcher to be sure not to spray everything else around the card. The effect is great! Different than stamping an image all over the background.

And it's not just for feminine cards. You should see the Log Cabin Smooch Spritz on cards. Adds real depth.
