Here’s a sample that I wrote:
There once was a card making maven.
Lots of Stampin’ Up! stuff she was cravin’.
To my online store she went,
Fifty-one dollars she spent!
And earned free DSP for Sale-A-Bration!
You realize, of course, that I’m more creative when making cards and scrapbooks, than when writing poetry!
Here are The Contest Rules:
- Your entry must be an original limerick that you wrote for this contest.
- The topic must be about card making, scrapbooking, rubber stamping, paper crafting, digital design, being a demonstrator…. something that pertains to a Stampin’ Up! business.
- Your entry must be appropriate for general viewing. Please keep it clean. 🙂
- Send your entry to me via email between now and 5 pm on Sunday, March 16, 2014 (Central Time).
- The winning entry will be picked that evening and I’ll announce the winner on Monday. The winning limerick will appear on this blog on Monday!
So, if you’d like a change from being creative in your craft room, then be creative with pen & paper.
