Happy Halloween – Part 1

I have been absent from this blog so much this past month, that I haven't posted any Halloween cards. Well, today, I will post twice! So check back in a couple of hours. Just as the kids start to come by Trick-or-Treating, I'll post a second Halloween card!

HauntedForest01

This card is done in non-traditional colors – Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Early Espresso. I stamped the tree image from Haunted Forest, then cut it in half before attaching to this card.  The sentiment is from Wicked Cool, clearly one of the most fun stamp sets in the catalog! I even used my Cutter Kit, something I've left on the shelf for months.

One of the most unexpected tools today, is the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder. Who would ever expect something so formal on a fun, yet scary, card?

And you know what? I had lots of fun working on this card! But the fun's not over. Check back in a couple of hours, for a more traditional Halloween card.

Until next time,
Happy Stamping!
Sandi

  1. Thanks! And wait until you see my next post for the day. Totally different. Sometimes, it’s just fun to see how different I can make all my cards.

  2. Wow, look at you with the fussy cutting! Very impressive!! Love the vintage embossing folder! Brilliant! And check out the clever trick with the end of the ribbon! So totally cool! Madame, my witch’s hat is off to you!!
