Thanksgiving is just a week away. Today's card is a perfect to celebrate that holiday or to use as a Thank You card. It's really a card full of blessings.
The stamped images are from the Full of Blessings stamp set. The pumpkins were stamped in VersaMark and then embossed using Black Embossing Powder on Watercolor Paper. The raised lines made it easy to color in the shapes.
Colors are Marina Mist, Old Olive and Early Espresso. And that is not an illusion – I sponged the upper right and lower left corner of the card front. It tones down the richness of the blue.
Of course, I made good use of the Big Shot – with the Woodgrain Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and Apothecary Accents Framelit. Circle Pumches, brads, more sponging, Stampin' Dimensionals – they all add interest to the design. While each requires some effort, none is difficult to use. It really didn't take long to design this card or to assemble it!
Truly, a card full of blessings.
