Everything Eleanor is just for you! While this stamp set has a typical vintage look, using it with solids and simple patterns can give it some youthful appeal.
After stamping the textured background from Everything Eleanor, I cut it out and added some Large Pearl Basic Jewels. A couple of strands of Wisteria Wonder Ruffled Ribbon add some interesting texture. The center unit was attached to the card base using Stampin' Dimensionals. That way, the ribbon doesn't pull up the Designer Series Paper.
I also added some diagonal lines on the Whisper White card stock, using the Simply Scored Diagonal Plate on the Simply Scored Scoring Tool. Here is a closer look.
Black is a great color to use on your projects. It adds some separation between colors with the same value. In this case, the Wisteria Wonder and Lucky Limeade almost blend into each other. The very thin Basic Black mats allow both colors to stand out. It completes the design.

Love the colors on this card. And yes the black really makes it pop! And I love all the layered shapes. You are sooo good at this!
