I wanted to work with the new Happy You stamp set.

I love to use the large flowers from the Mixed Bunch stamp set. While they all have the same shape, their designs are totally different. But I rarely use the centers of the flowers. Until today, that is.

My Bright Blossoms smile today! Isn’t this a happy card? In spite of the serious color combination, I think it has a happy, light-hearted look. That’s definitely a result of the fun flower shapes!

This is almost my last chance to work with Concord Crush and Pear Pizzazz, a really great color combination.

I make most of my cards for other women. As a result, I design few masculine cards. This card, with a technique using the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig and the Lovely as a Tree stamp set, resulted in a great masculine birthday card.

This was my first card ever made with the Bright Blossoms stamp set from the new catalog. I think polka dots are fun, so they’re in the stamping and the embossing !

I don’t seem to use the I {Heart} Hearts stamp set that often, but it is perfect for those occasions that I do.

At least for the next few weeks, I Still {Heart} Hearts. That stamp set is on the list of sets that will retire at the end of this month. Poppy Parade, one of the 2010-2012 In Colors, will also retire at the same time.

Pocket Silhouettes Pizzazz. As I started working on this design, I planned the blog post title. That’s because I was using Pool Party, Garden Green and Pear Pizzazz. But as my design evolved, the Pear Pizzazz went away.
