Bordering on Romance Happy Flowers! That's how this card makes me feel. I guess I'm just in a happy mood!
I used the Bordering on Romance stamp set from the Occasions Mini. Those flowers are just so fun, yet delicate. Of course, I ran the card through the Big Shot with my new Adorning Accents Edgelits Die and corresponding Adorning Accents Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. But I wasn't done with that Big Shot. I also used the Labels Collection Framelits Dies and the Square Lattice Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. (I can't even remember making cards before the Big Shot!) The view above doesn't show those details very well, so I took another photo.
I even ran the Night of Navy strip of card stock through the Big Shot with the Elegant Lines Textured Impressions Embossing Folder! 119277 By the way, did you notice the Pink Rhinestones. They are part of the Blossom Builders Designer Print Kit. This kit is also from the Occasions mini, so you won't be able to buy it after April 30. Don't wait too much longer. You'll be disappointed.
Now, I need to tell you a little secret. This card started as card I was making for Easter and Passover. It's funny how designs evolve. Does that happen to you, too? Leave a comment below and let us know.
Well, spring is definitely here in the Midwest. That why I made Bordering on Romance Happy Flowers!
You are toooooooooo kind. Thanks!!
I love how you used the strip of embossing inside- why have I never thought of that? OH- cuz you are the creative one that I just try to follow!
They are strong and independent … Just like their creator 😉
Very sweet!!! Love the all the embossing! I shall have to remember to use it inside the card like you did here — a wonderful added touch of texture! I don’t know if my cards “evolve” exactly — sometimes they do seem to have a mind of their own. Hmmmmm.
