I’m a northerner. I have no idea how to color a cactus. But in my mind, I see browns and greens. So, that’s what I stamped. That’s the fun part of rubber stamping. YOU get to choose the colors that YOU want to see!
Simple Design for Your Own Kind of Beautiful
This design uses the simplest set of layers. Each is centered on the previous layer. I used 3 layers of cardstock in all. Each is 1/8 of an inch larger all the way around than the one above it.
When I started to make cards, this is what I always did. My stamping wasn’t necessarily centered. But the cardstock was.
A Set of 16 Stamps
One of the other fun things about this stamp set is that it contains 16 stamps! Each is part of a cactus, allowing you to create all different kinds of plants. Use your imagination. There’s no need to be restricted by how a cactus really grows. Of course, that’s even easier if you’re like me and you have no idea how the cactus should really look.
