Have you seen this – it's Another Layered Flower Made with Punches!
The flower is made using the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch and the Small Heart Punch. There's a Bitty Button with some Calypso Coral Baker's Twine knotted in the center. The leaf is made using the1-1/4" Circle Punch. And the stamp set is Send Me Soaring (from the Occasions mini catalog).
