A simply fabulous card. That’s what you get when you work with the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set. Wait. You don’t have much time to do this. Fabulous Flamingo is set to retire by June 3.
Funny thing about this card. I’ve had it on my craft table for months. I really love the colors, so I’ve been hoarding it. Isn’t that silly? I should have just made more of it. What do you think?
Fabulous Colors
Part of what makes this card fabulous, is the selection of colors: Blushing Bride, Balmy Blue, and Lemon Lime Twist (which is also retiring). Without the bright green, this card will almost seem like a baby card. But the bold green really wakes up the other colors!
Fabulous Images
The images on this card are so fun, too. Living in the Midwest, I don’t see many flamingos. However, I know this one is really cute!! Add to it, 3-step stamping and you’ve got a real winner!
Fabulous Sentiment
I often search for a bold “Thanks” or “Thank You” and this set delivers. I could have just stamped it on the inside of the card. But I decided to make a special Statement. I rarely glue layers of cardstock on the inside of a card. But today, I felt it was needed. Take a look:
