Some people believe that sending a hand-made card means hours and hours of work. I don't agree. Yes, the design takes time. But sometimes, the card doesn't need to be elaborate. And, in that case, you can make up a few cards at the same time. This further reduces the time you needs, since you calculate once and cut several times – all in the same way.
Here is a card that I attached to a bottle of wine:
This card is 3" x 3" – and fits into our small square envelopes perfectly. I made the card base of Wild Wasabi and layered Night of Navy on top. The flowers, punched with the Five Petal Flower Punch, are in River Rock, with some sponging on the edges – I love to sponge. Add a sentiment and a square Ice Rhinestone Brad and you're done.
I made 4 of these at the same time. They were all used in a very short while. Cool!
And I made them with my own two hands, using only Stampin' Up! products. Even cooler!
What do you think about keeping a stash of small gift notes? Leave a comment and let me know!
If you have any questions about this or other projects, then feel free to ask.
Until next time,
Happy Stamping,
Sandi
No, it means that you are extremely well-organized and ready for anything!
I love that punch! It’s so versatile! And you gotta have bling for sure! I have quite a few handmade Thank You cards on hand — so does that mean I haven’t been grateful enough?? Better check to see if I owe someone a card!
