If you're wondering why this diagonal plate is so useful, think about this. Whenever I make a card or invitation, my rule is that it has to match the size of the envelope. I really hate when the contents shake around the envelope, don't you? Well, now with the diagonal plate, you can make envelopes to any custom size! How cool is that? Plus. there are just so many times that I want to score card stock, but not perfectly horizontal or vertical. Now, we have more choices.
Here is a quick card to show you how the Diagonal Plate can be used on a card.
I used the Mixed Bunch stamp set from the Occasions Mini and Perfect Punches from the Idea Book & Catalog. But look at the Old Olive card stock. I scored evening spaced diagonal lines in both directions. Then I sponged a little, just to make the lines stand out more.

Two layers, plus a Regals Designer Button 119744 and some Old Olive 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon. 119256 Fun! But I won't go on about that, since the point of this post is to highlight the score lines!
