I’m on a vellum kick right now, so I used a strip to soften the stamped images. Definitely makes this design a little romantic <3

The 4-1-1
- This card is intentionally flat, so that it goes through the mail without extra charge. Did you know that when you mail something thicker than 1/4″, you pay extra postage? Just something to keep in mind, especially when designing cards you mail in bulk – like invitations and holiday cards.
- Correction I’d make – I like to show that everyone has things they would do to improve a design. I don’t like to see adhesive through the vellum. So, I attached the vellum to the Whisper White cardstock with a strip of SNAIL Adhesive under the banner. However, if I were making this card again, I’d make the vellum half an inch longer. That way I can fold it over the top of the white cardstock and secure it on the back. That would allow it to lie even flatter!
- I design my cards to please the recipients. The couple receiving this card is very down-to-earth and simple. They don’t like bling. But I would LOVE to add Dazzling Diamonds Stampin’ Glitter to the small hearts!
