I started with the Happy Watercolor stamp set. So happy!
I added a sheet of the Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper and used those colors to complete the card. Once again, Stampin’ Up! did the difficult for you!
By the way, both the stamp set and the designer series paper are from the Occasions catalog. That catalog shopping period ends on June 1.
I used both Framelits dies and punches to cut out all the shapes. Makes quick work of this card. A little sponging, some Stampin; Dimensionals and a Rhinestone Basic Jewel. That’s all you need for this happy, happy card!
