This card is PERFECT for the specialty-paper-hoarder. It uses just a teeny bit of Silver Glimmer Paper to make the starry wreath!

By the way, I recently heard that if you organize it, then you’re not hoarding it. Just sayin’.

Anyway, I made this card by punching out a stack of stars with the punch from the Itty bitty Accents Punch Pack. The background was stamped using Gorgeous Grunge. The sentiment is from Oh What Fun, from the Holiday Catalog.
